Beginning in 2004 John joined Deloitte as a Senior Manager of SR&ED and over a period of 5 years transitioned to becoming a practice founder and SR&ED Partner at MNP LLP, Canada’s largest full service accounting firm. 

As a Partner at MNP, John was responsible for the success of the Technology Practice nationally working directly with clients and through management of technical resources in all CRA SR&ED branch regions. 

As practice co-founder, John worked with fellow Partners in Engineering and Costing, serving 100’s of National and International clients in all stages of the CRA SR&ED claiming and appeals process.
